As soon as my business was filed and legally accepted by the state of WY, it was contacted by Centurion Filing Services. The entity claimed the business need to “confirm the accuracy of the information below for your Wyoming certificate of good standing.” In order to do so, they requested contact information (name, email, and phone number) as well as $70 within 14 days of receipt. Thankfully, the company did their research and immediately discovered this was a scam. I am reporting this as the state of WY is aware that this scam exists and has requested these scams be reported.
