I purchased airline tickets through for 2 people and received an email confirmation that the purchase was made and got a picture of our flight information with bar codes. Less than 30 min later I received another email asking me to give them a call because there was an issue. When I phoned them they told my that the first leg of my flight had gone through but that the seats that I paid for on the second leg were the economy seats and that those seats were no longer available but I could pay an additional $300 each person for main cabin seats. I told them that I did not want to do that and requested that the cancel my reservation. He first said that he could not do that because the first leg of my flight had already gone through and that I could only get credit with the airline that would be good for 12 months. I told him I did not want that and that I did not want the charge to go through my credit card. I had already phone my CC and spoke with them to make sure the charge had not gone through and it hadn’t and there were no pending charges either. He said that he could not do that because it was purchased through a third party called jetcost. When I first looked at this site it was through a third party but I did not purchase at that time so when I went in to purchase the tickets I actually went to traveljunctionus.com so I did not go through a third party. He then told me I would have to go through United airlines to get my money refunded. I then called United airlines and they had no tickets under our names or reservation number. While on the phone with United airlines I received an email saying that they cancelled my flight and will not be charging my credit card. Unfortunately I purchased one other ticket for my niece through the same site so that she could fly the second leg with us. I received the same email shortly after the confirmation only this time it said that there was a problem with my card but when I called them they said the same thing, that I needed to pay $300 more because again those economy seats were not available. I again said that I would like to cancel the reservation. She told me I would be charged a cancellation fee of $300.00 I told them that I would not pay it and that I would dispute the charge. She ended up hanging up on me. I then replied to the email ***** I received from Frank Rolston Sr. Of Frank Rolston Sr. Travel consultant, to please cancel my other reservation without a fee. I have not heard anything back. I was told I would get a call back in 15 min when I phoned and never got one, I have received no email from Frank and when I called back again it went to an answering machine. I think they blocked my number. When I phoned I could hear multiple agents speaking on the phone to other people so who ever is running this has a pretty big business going. I thing the may be working with the company Jetcost which also has their own app. Do not purchase anything from these companies
