I received a text message this morning at about 10:30. There is no phone number where the text came from. It stated call to resolve. Phone number 866-256-0046. We have temporarily frozen your account to prevent fraud.. Frozen is spelled Fruzen. That is a German spelling. It has an ID number NW02544YG. To make it look official. I called the phone number. It was automated line. Message stated this is a 24 hour fraud line. It did not give a company name. To reach customer service enter your nine digit Social Security number. I hung up. I figured it was a scam. I am not giving out my Social Security number. I have a feeling once they get your Social Security number it will disconnect. You would not know who you are dealing with. I called my Banks Fraud Department. They checked and there is nothing wrong with my account. I had received a text last year from my bank regarding fraud, This was not my bank. I have reported other scam calls to the FBI. I am reporting this.
