We did a google search for water heater repair in Jefferson City, MO. Franklin Plumbing comes up with a local address and 30 five-star reviews. We called the number, they did not answer with "Franklin Plumbing" instead said "Hello?" We stated the problem, they said someone would be at our house that day, no one showed. 2 hours late they called multiple times and then sent an overly apologetic text, and said they would be here the following day. I got suspicious when I discovered they had no website, no Facebook page, no one local had ever mentioned them online. I could not verify the address was a business. My husband called and asked them what business they were and they were in, they didn't answer but said "sir how can I help you?" he asked again what kind of business is this? are you a scam? and they hung up on him.
