They are attempting to collect old debts. That have been paid or bankruptcy and are using aggressive tactics. They don't want to give you information and what you owe. They just want to collect. I will go ahead and submit a complain to the fbi so that they can be investigated.

I was called by this company Franklin moss and associates saying that I owe money from Wells Fargo. They used hard and aggressive tactics and would not listen to me saying I owe 2700 dollars. I called Wells Fargo and they said they I owe nothing and that it is past the point of collections because it is well over ten years. This company then threatened to call my work and family repeatedly and also threatened to close down my bank account. Something needs to be done about them, this is a scam, and how many people might fall for this.
