Hello
I received a email stated if I didn't pay of loan from cash American Advance that they where taken me to court. Been receiving these emails sent August 2020 I've email them back explaining to them that I didn't have phone number nor address from this company also explain that I never make loans or have made loans from this company.
They need to be stopped. Please

I received an e-mail about owing Cash Advance USA money and they have tried several times to get a hold of me. I have never used Cash Advance nor do I ever plan on using a company of this source. They give no telephone number, no address on this e-mail except mine. I have no means to contact them except thru this e-mail address. I want this checked out immediately. Thank you.

Via voicemail: Woman introduced herself as Skyler with Franklin Law Group and said personal name and looking for B*** B*** regarding felony arrest charges. Googled phone number 'scam' came up.

Please investigate, as the call was disturbing.
