My grandson was recently contacted by an individual claiming to be frank summer. he stated that he had heard his music online and wanted to sign him up. He sent a contract which looked good even had it checked out. what was not right was the the up front money. He was told that he needed to contact this persons accountant and make arragements to get paid. The only way to get in contact with this person was by email. The so called account wanted his bank information, paypal if he had one. My grandson was told by an attorney to tell them that the money should be placed in a trust fund until everything could be verified, they would not do it that way. That is when the red flags came up. I am *** grandmother and talked this this frank and expressed my concerns about him being a fake. My concerns were verified after the call. He later email my grandson stated that maybe thingd should be placed on hold until they got everything together. The sad thing is that my grandson signed the contract thinking everythig was legitimate. He even had a lawyer look at, but after the money incident the lawyer went back over it and found problems. These individuals need to be stopped before the cause damage to someone else.
