Claimed to be an agent with the U.S. Dept of Treasury. Someone hacked a friend's Messenger Account on Facebook. Even had her current profile picture!! She told me about investing her money. Said she received a check for $90, 000 from a government grant. Included a website which led to Frank Robert. I deleted the website & blocked him. He asked me for my name & address. Said he would check the database to see if I was eligible for funds! Then sent a form that requested too much information. That confirmed my suspicions.
