“Frank” had a home listed on Zillow; I let him know I was interested he contacted me by phone asking were I interested in his home in Memphis Tn. I said yes he asked if I could go look at the house I replied yes he gave me the address and the access code to receive the key. I viewed the home and I wanted it. I paid the deposit and a couple months of rent. He stayed in contact asking did I have any problems? He also stated his attorney was going to come by the home to make sure everything was ok. He didn’t block me until a Latino family came by the house trying to view and I heard his voice and my heart immediately dropped because at that point I knew this is a Scam.
