Frank Hall is impersonating a Remodeling Contractor and has created a fake invoice with no legit business name professionally imprinted on a fake proposal form or provided a list of work prices yet added a total amount of $2948.00 for damages which were not created by us or unfounded. This individual was apparently hired by the realtor who is renting this home (Cheryl Flynn - Phillips & Associates realty) but is a Facebook friend. They are wanting to charge us our deposit of $1300, pet fee $600, and Cleaning fee $300 which was due 11/16/2016 and not paid but informed us deposit will not be returned because of these fake claims of damages found. We rented home 10/2015-10/2016 AS-IS but now they are wanting to charge us remodeling of entire home to avoid from returning our deposit requested on day of move in. We moved out of address 5204 Savory Glen, Leon Valley, TX 78238 on 10/10/2016 and still waiting for deposit. Requesting for this individual Frank Hall to present company license and a legit list of work prices and better explanation of work. Realtor Cheryl Flynn now refusing to answer our phones call. She and contractor are scamming us now since we have relocated to another state.
