I purchase a Nintendo Switch November 4, 2020. I didn’t get any confirmation about my purchase. The gift is for my son. I reached out to PayPal with my concerns they opened a claim the seller had not got back to them... I received an email from the seller the franchise store telling me it was shipped now I’m realizing it’s coming from China, a couple days ago they tell me my case is closed because the seller is telling them I received my purchase, which is a lie. I paid 249.99 for Nintendo Switch I’m without my money and my game console. I received a plastic clear phone case. I’m so upset and PayPal is not even trying to investigate what was sent to me and why.

i have been search for a PlayStation 5 console for my son for Christmas. this site came up and it showed the play-station icon and the URL looked legit, https://sonyplaystation5.playgamepromall.com but after 2 days of waiting for confirmation of purchase, i started to get weird and tried email and calling the number listed and got nothing, so im trying to file a dispute with Paypal since that is the paid method that it went through... please help and close this person down from taking from others
