They post pictures of Yorkies on Facebook multiple pages EX. Puertorriquenos en Orlando y Kissimmee and other pages like Autism pages to offer these puppies and then they post different puppy pictures with different numbers 407 268-1817 / 407 901-0477 Frances Retamar and Frances Retamar Johnson , she will say she lived in St.Cloud send you a copy of her drivers license (supposedly) now I have seen this woman among the parents of children with Autism and she knows a few people in common, in my case she told me she relocated to Pensacola, Florida she will use messenger tell you if you want come pick up puppy in Pensacola or she'll have it delivered to cash APP or PayPal the money $400.00. Then i gave her my name address and email DELTA Cargo sends me an email telling me everything is ready to go. and 30 minutes later I get another Email stating I need to pay for pet Insurance and a special crate for 600.00. I told them to bill the sender.v I contacted Frances she told me that they email her the same ( of Course ) she ask me to pay half and she would pay the other half and I said no. I requested a refund from Cash APP and they could not help me . So I contacted my Credit card and filed a dispute. Please be careful they are very bold scammers, and this lady has no heart to be on an Autism page trying to sell her puppies to families already struggling with their sick children
