Since this payment was made to the contractor, the contract has been paid in full even though the work we have paid them for has not been completed.
They are charging us $1,680 for the labor to install a trex privacy screen and a trex wall on the cabana. This amount is included in the total contract price. We have already paid them this amount but the work has not been completed yet. The contractor refuses to complete the work and is also asking for an additional $1300 to complete services.
