I received an email to set up an appointment for a job interview. I was interested and replied to the email. The representative called me a week later to get a date and time for the over the phone interview. Once the date was set, the interview was conduct with someone claiming to be in HR. I heard from the hiring manager about a week later by email. I then agreed to the terms of a month probationary period to see if either party was a good fit to work together. I thought that was an good idea, so I agreed to the probationary period signed the contract and signed a contract (no personal info). The Head of HR person name Mr. Gianfranco Nizzola signature was listed on the contract at the time I signed. The next email I received was a list of assignments to complete over the course of the month. I completed eight cases prior to becoming suspicious of this company. A week ago, I was told that the office was to be set up here in Jacksonville, FL and they are short staff. They asked if I could assist in purchase office equipment for the office due to a team of experts were coming down to open up the office. The Regional Manager named Tim Cochran contacted me by email with a list of products purchased. He then told me by email that they will transfer the money to payoff my credit card and then I can purchase the equipment off my credit card. I questioned it and he replied told that they did not need any of my personal info they were giving me a routing number and account number to use to transfer the funds. Once the transfer went through for $7K, I called and gave them the info and they agreed for me to proceed to purchase (4) "Unlocked" iPhone XS (256 GB). Then today they gave me the below address and info to send the phones when they were purchased.

I replied to the email to inquire about personal address and not business address. Tim replied saying he checked with HQ (not HR) and they said it was a small business and that is where IT is set up. All my fraud alerts went off and I researched the website again. It was under construction. I called the office number listed above and it was not in service. I looked at my phone calls and it was from a (954) area code in which is in Fort Lauderdale, FL not Boston, MA area code. I googled the name and addresses above and reviewed facebook pages. The two individuals is from Italy and no business info or personal info listed, mostly pictures. I called the ScamPulse.com and went on the FBI site to see how I could file a complaint. I wanted to speak to someone so I called the ScamPulse.com office and asked if the rep can look up the company to see if they are reputable. She could not find anything listed in the US for this company or variations of the company. I then called my credit card company to report the fraud. They froze the card for a couple of days to see if any other activity will happen. I am not sure what the scammers’ intentions were once the Iphones were shipped/ received. I do not want to be a part of any scam or a plot. Be ware!!!
