Dont keep offering discounts if you can not fulfill the orders you have!

I placed an order on November 28th 2023, it is December 13th and although they say my order shipped on the Shop app...it never did. I think they mark things sipped so they can meet the requirements of the SHOP app...they do not answer emails about shipping updates.
They can not fulfill the orders they have and promised by Christmas but they continue to load my emails up with discounted offers for things they CLEARLY can not produce. It is a money grab. Period. There are other companies that offer these types of products...and actually ship when they say they do. Don't waste your time, go to Charmed Aroma. They are in Canada but I get my products in less that a week.

SCAM Artists! I ordered a bath bomb with a ring inside and never received a real receipt or a shipping date. It took me days to try and figure out how to even contact them because their phone number changes and doesn't work consistently (first RED FLAG). The second red flag was when I was told that they couldn't give me an exact shipping date, or even an estimated one. When the product finally arrived, we had written it off as some sort of online scam thinking that it would never come. The bath bomb and ring were just OK, certainly not worth the $40.00 that we paid for them. I'm sure the profit margin is very ridiculous. The biggest concern came when I received a notification that yet another product was on its way, one that I DID NOT ORDER. Again, after days of trying to email and call the company, I was informed that I must have unknowingly clicked on the "Free Shipping" link which AUTOMATICALLY signed me up to be a MEMBER. What??? Holy crap, so now you can just run my debit card at any time and keep sending me stuff that I did not even pick out or choose? Yes, this was the case. As a member, I am obligated to receive the products that they choose for me and I have to pay for them. Guess what, Fragrant Jewels? The cat is out of the bag. I am going to send this complaint to every major online review that I can find and I am also going to report you to the Better Business Bureau. They have responded by email stating that they cannot refund my money due to their membership policy.
