A friend actually introduced me to this fraud/scam. I had just gotten home from a Stem Cell Transplant and this friend asked if I had ever heard of this FPWA Grant Program, she said she got $120,000.00 free to do what she wanted to so I might want to get itI was suppose to pay for if it's a Gov. Grant you don't have to pay anything and she assured me it was a grant and it would benefit me greatly to get the grant. This was a friend I couldn't imagine her lying to me so I sent a cashiers check to an individual in TX. Monday came around and when I hadn't received grant check by 4:30 I sent the individual a msg asking where was it since it was suppose to be delivered by

The person claimed that it was a grant program and that for a selected amount the person received a certain amount back. The man said his name was Micheal Scott and he was with the special humanitarian department of USA grant programs.
