I wish I would have found these prior to hiring the company but they have changed the companies name so it’s hard to find anything on them. Derrick even changed his name to Matthew Fox. He works with his brother Christopher if that’s even his name who knows.. anyways same story as below money up front for materials, money mid way and more money the second they laid plastic down. They never responded when it was time to pull the plastic back, clean up, and lay down the final resin coat. It’s been 11 months since the installation and the epoxy is already failing.

For starters they did about. 1/32” thick epoxy coating without an adequate clear coat the coating is so thin the primer is showing in multiple areas. They didn’t fill the existing expansion joints properly (assuming they just painted primer over them) so everyone of them has bubbles. I texted Matthew (Derrick) and he said I scratched the floors and it’s not covered under warranty. The pictures showed the bubbling the day I pulled the plastic back last year.. good luck getting ahold of these guys. Please spend the extra $2 PSF and hire literally anyone else. These scam artist give real tradesmen and contractors a bad name. Worst company I’ve ever hired.
