Four months— still no shutters

Ordered shades and shutters for all of my windows on September 29th 2021. Paid half down which was $3500. Was told they would be done in 6-8 weeks. I was so happy that they would be installed before Thanksgiving. Disappointed but happy they would be installed by Christmas. The shades came and were installed. Multiple calls made every 2 weeks since then—- finally the installer came today with the shutters. But, wrong shutters were made! Now, 4 months have passed. I asked if we could cancel order and get a refund. They tell me the shutters are on a “Rush” order and will be here in two weeks. Unsure at this point what to do. Would definitely NOT recommend this company. Cant believe they treat customers like this and can stay in business. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Al Came to my house and offered to sell me window coverings for my entire home, he sent someone that day to collect my check and never brought me my product. I’ve waited several months and gave them thousands of dollars and now nobody is calling me back. I was supposed to have an update on my products last week and the week before. It’s clear this is some sort of scam. He told me he can’t give me money back for shutters because they are in production but they were supposed to arrive several weeks ago. The address listed does not take me to the business but an apartment.
