They called and stated that my computer had a virus and will crash if not taken care.They represented themselves as Microsoft Technicians. Once I gave control of my computer, they immediately locked it with a password.. And then I had to pay 200$ to get it unlocked by giving them ITunes gift card,then they claimed that the ITunes gift card was temporarily blocked and I had to get another set of cards which they said that I will be refunded back.. They said they will send me a cheque and I ended up giving them 2000$ which I eventually never received back. Please don't fall for this, it's a scam. Action has to be taken against such organisations misrepresenting themselves and exploiting citizens of United States.
