I googled USPS address change, clicked on what I thought was the USPS link and was prompted to fill out all the information. Stupidly, input my credit card info without thinking and this site basically charged a "non-refundable fee" to change my address with USPS, including the USPS $1 fee. WTF?!?! Sigh. The fine print is indeed very fine. This website is misleading and doesn't do any more than what USPS does for $1 on their site. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought that this was USPS.

I found a charge for $39.50 on my bank account on 7/21/2017 from https://forwardmymail.org with the number 844-446-3863. I called my bank and asked for more information on this company. They gave me another number associated with the company and I called them. The company said they had no record of my purchase so they couldn't refund the charge. I did not make that charge. Also, on their website, they charge people to forward mail when it only costs $1.05 on the USPS website, which is where I did forward my mail. The Forward My Mail representative told me that they are not associated with USPS and it is in fine print on their website. This company is a scam and made a fraudulent charge on my card.
