A tech support company has been working on my computer for two years. This week they took $700 out of my bank account with my debit card, it processed through Zell, so my bank won't give me my money back. They said they were giving me a $170 refund as they were going out of business. Initially, they put a message on my computer that told me to click on something. Then I got a phone call. I think it was some kind of pop up. I've talked to men and women who had foreign accents. I've taken my computer to Best Buy and they are resetting it to factory settings.
