got mailer form Fortis - called to be taken off phone list - guy answering refused which I think is illegal in California. Also when I called automated service used a different name from Fortis. Also data on mailer was 20 years old so mailing list they are using is not current. Everything about the call made me think it was a scam. what legit company doesnt include address or website on the mailer.

I care for my elderly mother whom this BS was addressed to. I immediately looked online for ScamPulse.com ratings, etc and scams. I view nothing reputable about this company and hate those who target the elderly. I phoned their company and was denied to speak with a supervisor/ management. Had I not intercepted this mail, my mother may have fallen prey to their abject business practices. I’ve kept the letter and envelope. Thank you for hearing me and please disallow continued fraud.

About a month ago, my mom was moved into a memory care facility and her mail was forwarded to my address. She received a letter from this company with her name, but my address telling her that immediate response is requested. They're offering home warranty for home repairs.
