This company advertises realistic looking toy dogs, but what they are actually selling are regular, non realistic toy dogs. They use photos of real dogs to show how realistic the dogs are and their description is as of realistic dogs. I purchased 2 $30 Each and received regular cheap toy dogs Nothing like what was described or looks nothing like the photo. They also show fake reviews with photos of real look dogs and they advertise 100% risk free when in fact this is not true. They refuse to issue a refund and I now am currently disputing this with Paypal.

I am writing in regarding a purchase I made yesterday to a Christime Bill([email protected] is what the email said after I made the paymnt for a supposedly life like teddybear which in actuality it's just a regular teddy bear that doesnt more like they claim I paid $34.98...this is what the email stated: YOU HAVE AUTHORIZED A PAYMENT OF $34.98 USD TO CHRISTINE BILL ([email protected]). MONEY WON'T LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL CHRISTINE BILL PROCESSES YOUR ORDER. I paid with my credit card but i got this paypay email back. I am requesting that you stop payment I have notified them yesterday immediately after I sent the payment to cancel because my daughter told me it was a scam. They also said: According to the order cancellation police of our company, customer need to be noted that wee need to charge 5% of the order as service cost due to we need to pay 5% to shopping platform as service charge once customer place an order, and the package is prepaid in warehouse, the package will be sent out in 2 days if we don'g receive response from customer. I placed the order yesterday february 20,2021 and asked for a refund february 20,2021 I am asking you to deny her payment so it can be refunded to me as i have asked her. my name is Mechelle Hurd my number is 951 588-3173 any questions, thank you hopefully I get my money back because she is scamming so many people by reading the reviews.

This company has a website that claims to sell various items but they never ship the merchandise. They take your money and tell you that your merchandise will be shipped soon. They has a non working email. No telephone or postal address is provided. They say that it takes 7-30 days to receive your merchandise internationally and 10-20 days for US orders but may take longer time to time. They tell you this just so you won't request a refund. They try to look legit by offering PayPal as a payment method. The customers who have received the puppy that they are now offering, received a $5 broken down toy that they were charged $30 because of the way they advertised the puppy on the site. They used real puppies in the advertisement to show how realistic the $30 puppy would be. They are a fraudulent make believe company. No matter how many times you request a refund they try to convince you otherwise. They try their best to not issue you your money back. It's almost like a bot is controlling the feedback. PayPal was used as the payment method so currently working with PayPal to get the refund. This place can not be trusted.
