Contacted by Kyle claiming to be from Walmart. Asked me to take a survey to get an free I pad. Took survey and they said I won an ipad and only had to pay $2 for shipping. I gave my debit card information. I later checked my bank account and there were two unauthorized charges 1 $119.98 to FORSKOLIN SliMAX 866-981-1369 and Getslausy slimcom 888-317-0778. I called both numbers the first gave a busy signal. The second answered and when inquired about the charges I was informed it was for entering a sweepstakes to win an I pad.

I requested that I be removed and asked for my money back. They refused.

Advertising’s free 10 day supply all you have to do is pay shipping. Then after ten days bill your credit card for $69.95. Will not let me return even though it says 30 day money back guarantee. Got sick from the product. Only agreed to cancel monthly shipment without a cancellation fee. Never agreed to any more monthly shipments. Offered to send me a free month. Told the no thank you got sick from the trial

Lose weight like Blake Shelton!! That hooked my husband into buying the pill called Forskolin. The first 30 days are free, customer pays for shipping ( $3.99). Customer is then automatically hooked into additional shipments at a cost of $89.16 monthly!!

Wow!! We did not receive an additional month but our credit card was charged within two weeks of the trial purchase. The company refuses to refund our money. The company says we must cancel the product within 14 days of purchase of trial.

By the way, the product does not work. My husband does not look like Blake Shelton yet and he did not lose any weight.
