Purchased a tool thru PayPal and also added express delivery charge. Never received the item. Contacted seller thru PayPal messages and no response. Reported seller to PayPal they came back and said they don’t deal with friends and family issues and that’s one of their tricks. Next I contacted my credit card and the seller finally sent them a letter stating that I violated PayPals user agreement because friends and family is not for buying goods. Ok so wouldn’t they go for selling goods as well?? Anyway the scammer is Demi Hayward website is www.forsaletool.com another thing I have is @DemiHayward548 and PAYPAL *PHUNGFYDSC9445
