There was a Facebook add advertising soccer goals. It appeared others had received products . I waited the shipping time promised . The gave me tracking which lead to usps saying label was created but not shipped . Have reached out to the email provided which took several days to even get a response. I then got more tracking where they are stating it was delivered but the date states 1/23/2023 to North Hampton and then a Chinese address. I asked customer support and they are only willing to give me 45% of my money back. I left comments on FB as well and my comments have been removed. I have copies of all correspondence including emails. The ad says if you are not satisfied full refund will be given.
