I saw a instagram, add a click to the ad.Went to their website purchased a product and received an email confirmation. Then waited with no word, followed up and was told the item had been delivered and i should have it. Was given a tracking number that didnt give me any help and their customer service is just saying check with my family or neighbors if they have my product. Will not refund my money.
