The company was running a "promotion" that stated all items were free - just pay shipping. My husband purchased several items, not realizing this is a classic scam. He immediately tried to cancel the order, and they told him they were unable to because it was already in process, but we could request a refund if we were displeased with the items. Upon receipt of the items, I requested a refund, and they stated they were unable to because the items were free. The promotion he purchased from stated that their US Warehouse was closing, so they were liquidating inventory. On their website, it states that they ship fast from their US Warehouse. When I checked the shipping information, it was shipped from China. I tried advising them that they were fraudulently advertising US shipping, and they dismissed that. I am in process of requesting a charge back through our bank.
