I purchased a multipurpose diaper bag for my daughter's first child. I ordered the bag on 07/08/20 and received it on 08/12/20. The bag that l received was not the one l purchased. My bank account shows a deduction totalling $37.59, included insurance. What l received was a bag worth $14.85. I have been emailing the company letting them know that l want to return the bag and asking for a refund. They refuse and keep telling me that l have received what l ordered. I will share images of what l ordered and what l received.
