I ordered a dress for my granddaughter for Christmas on November 11th after a month not hearing from them I contacted them I received a text from someone named William who said he had a sister named Amy and it was a new company and I could not have my money back it would make the company go bankrupt . They kept sending me text messages that they are trying to get the product to me and the same nonsense that it would bankrupt their company if they returned my $20 I am on social security and to just give a company $20 is not right
