I was looking for a french bulldog puppy, I found this site online. They responded via email, I picked out the puppy I wanted. I was told it would cost $550.00 + $150.00 shipping fee through TSPetNannyservice.com. The money was paid through Zelle, I got a confirmation email saying the puppy would be delivered to me at Dulles International Airport on Oct. 6. On that day I got an email from supposedly TSPetnannyservice.com requesting an additional $1000.00 for "pet insurance". This is when I realized I had been duped. Domestic flights in the US do not require insurance for a puppy being transported in the main cabin, the insurance company was in Canada and did not list "flight" insurance in their policies, and I could not reach the transporter via cellphone, only text.

All of my communication was by email or text message. I paid for the puppy up front $550.00+150.00 travel fee. I started to question the validity of their claim when he didn't respond to my email promptly. The day the puppy was supposed to arrive, I recieved an email from the travel nanny saying that they needed $965.00 for pet insurance for the flight. That was when I realized I had been duped. Pet insurance is not required in the united states if the pet is riding in the cabin ( small Pet ), and the insurance company they were refering to was in Canada, but they were using what appeared to be a personal email address for the payment email.

We purchased a French Bulldog and paid for a 'Nanny' to fly with the dog but never received he dog. They continued to ask for more money.

This website is set up to sell French bull dog puppies. I initially contacted them via the website asking about a specific dog. I then received an email from the [email protected]. We sent several emails back and forth about the dog. Eventually I agreed to purchase the dog. I initially sent him $350 as I assumed he wanted only a down payment. He then sent me an email stating that we didn’t agree to that amount for the dog. I said I thought it was just a deposit, he said no, you have to pay in full. So I sent him the money thru the Zelle app from my bank. The email for the transfer was [email protected]. It said I made a payment to Clinton. After I sent the money I started getting a little suspicious. I wish I had that feeling before I paid him $700. I then decided to google the email I sent the money to and discovered that petscams.com had a few complaints about him and that it was a fake company. I was sick.

My wife and I lost our mini schnauzer a few weeks back and she was looking to get a french bull dog. She found this breeder online and he appeared to be very informative and professional and was willing to sell us a french bull dog for 550.00 plus 150.00 for the pet nanny to escort the dog from Texas to Cleveland Hopkins airport and said the was all we would have to pay. He gave us his contact information and said that we would have to use Zelle pay to get him the money. We sent the money and he said we would have the travel details the next morning. We got and email from the pet nanny the next day telling us we would have to pay 915.00 for pet insurance and that would be refunded when we picked up the dog. We tried to call him...no answer. We tried to call the pet nanny service (TF pet nanny)....no answer. We did receive a text from the pet nanny asking us to make the 915.00 payment at once so they could get the insurance documents completed and we responded via text that we would not be sending any more money until we could talk to a real person. They texted back that their phone lines were down and we would get a call as soon as they were back up. 2 days later still no call. We emailed the breeder and asked that he provide a refund and have heard nothing back from him.
