Forever Home Warranty made contact by mail with my information and a customer ID number assigned.

I have received so many notices with FINAL NOTICE on them and yet, their mailers continue. I have contacted them by telephone (1-800-538-0818) numerous times asking to be removed from their mailing list. They try a pressure sell, then become rude and unprofessional when they are refused.

The letters were signed by Vicky Mercer, Program Director, 1-888-538-0818

I am interested in filing HARASSMENT charges against and being included in a Class Action Law Suit if one can be established.
