I was scrolling Instagram and looking for shapeware for an upcoming event. This ad listed Christmas special for BOGO, so I ordered (ORDER #27512022012212455229197) on 12/22/2021. I was sent a tracking number that was international (https://xps.xborderecommerce.com/index/index/service/token/00fb371f8eeb402b6800...⇄ that I could not pull up unless I used their "track now" email. ON 1/22/22 the tracking number changed and they said my order was domestic, and provided me with a new tracking number. On 2/17/22 I was given a new tracking number (The tracking number is: 1408006841735777864) which stated the package was in transit. I was constantly in contact with their "customer service" and now they are refusing to deal with me. I can't get anyone to answer their phone number or respond to my emails. They charged me (xborderpay) $43.02 and I never received a product.
