I ordered a "new" product off their website made from "new" technology. Ordered on March 26, 2021 and still have not received anything (even after receiving several emails stating it would soon be on its way last one on July 02, 2021). I asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund on July 21, 2021 and they are not responding and ghosting me.
