I purchased a metalwork and mounts from them; my account was charged immediately …. I waited for MONTHS for it to arrive. I called several times asking if there was a problem. Finally received it, after putting a little fire under them. I wasn’t happy with the long wait, but loved the product.
I decided I would order three more pieces. One more for myself, two others, as gifts.
Same story, waiting, calling, and sending emails (several times) about the order. I got nothing but excuses. When my second order arrived, I received only two pieces of my order. I called and emailed to complain. I was told that the last piece was delayed because they were waiting for white paint. I waited several more weeks. I called AGAIN. I was told that my item WAS ALREADY delivered…IT WAS NOT! They stopped answering my calls and emails. But they sure got their money! 😠 TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Order a product on May 3 they immediately charged my credit card for $153.96. Never received the product. Sent numerous emails their replay: Can't find the order. LOL

Ordered a sign just like everyone else. They charged my credit card in March of 2022 and as of July I haven't received my order. I should have read the reviews but it was a late night purchase and a gift for my wife. Made in the USA? Can't trust anyone these days. Hope no one else loses their money.

Did not receive purchased order!!!

As of today I have not received the item that I ordered on May 18, 2022. My bank account shows that Foreman Metal Works debited and received the funds for my order on May 19, 2022. I have left multiple voice messages on their phone with no response and also emails with no response !

I ordered from Foreman metal works back in Jan. 6th 2022. They got paid and as of today July 1st I have not received my order. I wrote to them I sent them emails to no response. I paid them $47 - what kind of company is this? On line purchase and I will never order another thing from them again…….

Ordered on line May 2. They said would be 4 to 6 weeks on their site. After 4 weeks emailed them & got a generic email back saying 4 to 6 weeks. I waited a week & started emailing & calling daily leaving message for them to call me. I received o ly generic emails back & they NEVER called me back ever & now 2 months & still don't have the sign! I called credit card & now am trying to get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

No order recived after 12 weeks

This was my second order because we were pleased with our first order. However, my order was placed on October 9, 2021 and went through my bank on October 11, 2021. I have not received this order yet and it has been over 12 weeks. Tried calling and was told to go to email. Not sure where to find the right place to send an email. tried various sites but not sure where to go.

I order August 1 and on there website does not say it would take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. I thought by order from them I would get the product quickly since it's made in the USA. After ordering all I got were a bunch of excuses why the product was not shipped. I gave the company a little over 4 week and nothing at the end had to file a claim with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

There experience is bull[censored] order was placed on September 8 not even an hour after it was placed money was taken. It was placed for speedy shipping for within a couple of days well that has been past long time ago. You can call the number given as many times as you want leave a voicemail and get nothing in return. You can do the same with emailing or even send them a Facebook message. The products looks amazing but their service is bull[censored]

Unfortunately, I didn't look for the reviews! I thought they are not crooks. Now, I realized. But it's too late. I didn't get the order. They are not refund my money. I have call their DA and state attorney to report their practice. Glad to know that I am not alone!

They don't have a problem taking the money but sending the product seems to be nearly impossible. Over 5 weeks now and nothing but excuses. It's my guess that they are the middleman ordering from China. That's about how long it takes.

I ordered from this company, they charged my credit card and it took 2 1/2 months to get the product. The product I ordered was not as advertised. It is very dull in color, not shiny/glossy as shown in the website photo below, and the red and white striped coloring is off. Would never order from this company again.

I placed an order on line to foremanmetalworks in Oklahoma City, OK I ordered a couple decorative metal signs that say Love in cursive writing - Red metal. I just received my credit card statement yesterday and they charged my card on 3/11/2021 and as of today 4/16/2021 I have not received my order. They do not answer their phone - they say they are in the shop or with a customer and to contact them either by email or FACEBOOK. I googled the company and see this is an ongoing thing. Many have had their card charged and never received an order.

I ordered a sign for my daughter and son a law back in November 8, 2020 for their new home that they moved into end of October... There was 139.00 that was taken out of my bank account and told me that my sign would be delivered Before Christmas because I put a rush on the order. I got a message January 8, 2021 that is shipped out from Oklahoma City Ok. Now it is January 25, 2021 there is not information on it now... the tracking number that was sent to me 9400111202079430214460.
They sent me a picture of the sign and it was not what I ordered..
