I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this company on 12/12/2022. I tracked the item and it showed it was delivered 1/2/2023 on my front porch/door. This did not happen. I contacted the company via email, because that's all they offer. They asked me to wait a little longer to make sure my items didn't show up. They did not. I then emailed them back and they apologized saying my package was lost by the logistics provider, and asked if I would like my items resent or a refund. I asked for a refund. On 1/13/2023 I received an email saying my payment had been refunded and to wait 4-7 days. I have not received my refund. I have sent an email each day over the past 3 days, with no response.
