I had received a letter on April 3, 2023 at 4:30 PM. This envelope was a plain envelope with no return address post marked out of Buffalo New York 140 march 30, 2023 2 PM. I found that in itself to be odd with no return address and discovering their fraud being a lawyer law firm not to have produced professional stationary. This fraudulent law firm sent me a letter on plain paper that wasn’t quite centered on the paper in looking at it providing me with a mobile telephone number and not a business phone number was another red flag for me. What they were trying to scam me on was the death of a gentleman who passed and had a $10,550,300 life insurance policy unclaimed. Because I had the same last name as the deceased having been six years since his death wanted me with 100% risk free claim that life insurance policy. Upon making contact this gentleman sounded like he was from India and looking at the photographs in the website it clearly is not an Indian man. He claims to be Stewart Friedberg. As I was pointing out certain red flags we became disconnected and then I called him back and pointed out several other observations and he hung up on me for a second time.
