Letter from Tom Douglas & Partners claiming that because recipient had the same last name they are entitled to proceeds minus 10% of unclaimed life insurance $10,550,300.

Letter also lists a private email [email protected]. I'm sure you've seen this type of scam before. This is the first time I've seen a letter and not a fax.
