Letter states: The transaction pertains to an unclaimed "Life Insurance Policy. They state that one of their clients with my last name died in a car accident on Highway 400 by Barrie in 2017. They state they want to add my name to the policy, and all proceeds will be in my behalf. They want 10% of the money for charity and I will receive 45% of Ten million five hundred fifty thousand three hundred USA dollars. they want me to provide them with my full name, address, direct phone number, age marital status and occupation.

Sent e mail, (Only provided my PO Box address and a Google phone number) and within 2 minutes received an answer, requesting all information mentioned before. They are requesting to keep transaction 100% "confidential between us". English used in e mail response is of a non English speaker, and Not a Lawyer. Checked his credentials with the Ontario Bar Association and Law Society of Ontario and there are no records of this individual
