FordPass app scheduled my oil change and car pick up, they sent confirmation to email and by text. They used Food dealership name to do this. Today no one came and called dealership and they had no appointment for me and they don’t offer valet service? Tried FordPass live chat, passed around to 4 people with no answer. Then they just quit responding.
