This company “sells” products to naturally grow your eyebrows and eyelashes. I bought a bundle kit and received a shipping email 2 days later. It is now 14 days later and the tracking is showing label created, usps awaiting item. When I emailed them (only form of contact) they gave me the run around and assured me my order would get to me. My order hasn’t even made it to the post office! When I asked to cancel and refund they said they couldn’t because my order had already been processed. Processed? It hasn’t even left your business!! How is possible that I can’t cancel an order that hasn’t even been taken to the post office? Complete bs. Now I’m on their time, I have to wait for the product to arrive (whenever that is), refuse the delivery, send it back to them and then they will “closely monitor” for the return of my order so they can refund me. Are you serious?

I placed my order on 4/19/20 and still have yet to receive it. Received a confirmation email, and then a notification that it was prepared for shipment. However, it has been 3 weeks and still no update on tracking info. I live in the same city as the business where the label was created, should only take 2 days via USPS to receive. After multiple attempts to get an update with blanket answers in emails and no phone number to call, I do not believe that I'll ever receive the products that I paid for. I should have read the other reviews on the ScamPulse.com before making this purchase. Please shut them down!

I had made a purchase a week ago and they sent me fake tracking information a day later and said it had shipped. So i tracked it and it still says "label created" so here we are a week into it and it hasn't shipped yet. I believe this company is out to take your money and you do not get the product you paid for. I had also emailed them a few times and have not heard back.

I ordered their lash product as well as a hair product on January 24th. I have been trying to track my package for the past month and it's still not coming from China. I found it weird that company that's based in California would send products from China. They also don't have any phone so you can't even contact them for customer service. They claim that they will respond to your emails within 24 hours but haven't heard back from them after several emails and days later.
