I ordered 3 sets of bra in April. I’ve been sending emails numerously regarding my order but I keep getting the same generic emails saying that someone will get back to me. This business is fraudulent and the website is still up

I purchased my 12 bras on March 20th and today is June 11th and I still haven’t received them. I have tried numerous different attempts of contacting them unfortunately it’s all ONLY through email! I have received the email from help@forbabes stating that some will get back to me which at one point someone did and so I thought there was light and then it was only to receive a reply message stating that “they are a female owned business and they were not expecting to receive such a large number of sales and they are getting my order out.” Now that was in mid May still I send emails still same message, “we have received your email request and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.” Still no response! So I tried another route I tried going through the shipping company it shows that it was shipped out. Their email is [email protected] for those who need to know however they will give you the runaround as well! This is a total and complete SCAM and they really got me for $67.89 I purchased 12 bra’s like an [censored] these people need to be held accountable and refund us all our money because they made out like a bunch of Smokey Bandits!

I saw an ad on Snap Chat, the company forbabes claims to sell amazing bras that have thousands of reviews and claim to be featured in Allure, VOGUE, GQ, and Esquire.

I purchased one on March 21, 2023 and still have not received my order. I contacted the email [email protected] and no response given, I emailed several times.

This is clearly a scam.

I saw an ad on Facebook. Bought some bras and was enrolled in a subscription service to pay $30 dollars a month to get more of the same bras. I was informed by the company that I could unenroll any time but when I tried to do so, there was no option anywhere on their website to unsubscribe. I ended up being charged a month later without even receiving the first order. When emailing the company, I received no reply.

Link was in a Snapchat Ad. It brought me to https://forbabes.co and I ordered a strapless bra for $19.95. I received a confirmation email with order number 11741 that verified my purchase and shipping address, billing address and item ordered. I never received the product or a tracking number and the only contact for help is an email to which a generic auto-reply and nothing further. The last time I emailed this help email ([email protected]) I received no response at all. My order was placed on April 21st. It states in the Terms of Service page they are through Shopify, that Shopify allows them to sell items through them.

My experience is the same as the others. I ordered on January 23, 2023, and never received it. I've contacted them multiple times, no response.

Save yourself the time and energy you'll spend trying to get a refund. Just don't buy from https://forbabes.co/ . Social Media platforms that allow companies like this to advertise on their sites should be vetting the company much better.

I ordered bras I saw on Tik Tok 1/30/2023. My account was charged the same day for $39.95 and $16.88. I have been trying to get in contact with Forbabes for weeks. I got a response that someone would get back to me. That never happened. I've been emailing everyday for the last 2 weeks, requesting a refund. No response. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND TIK TOK SHOULD REIMBURSE US ALL FOR THIS PHONY POST AND COMPANY! DISGUSTING!

Never received products I ordered. I’ve emailed them several times. And nothing. Now they are trying to take money out of my account. There is no phone number or address on the webpage. Red flag! I didn’t notice when I ordered. Next time I’ll take notice.

I ordered from forbabes.co I never received my order. I did receive an email with a tracking number which does show it was shipped. When I go straight to the site…It says order does not exist. 4 months ago, it’s in the same place. For the past 4 days forbabes.co is trying to withdraw $29.95 from my account. I screenshot every page from ordering and I don’t see 1 thing about charging me $29.95. I have emailed them 8 times and 0 response. Do not buy anything from this site. I also heard that the bras are not as stated (SURPRISE! Hahaha). They are made of a sheer see-through material, that couldn’t hold the tiniest of boooooo bees.

Ordered bras but received random pieces of fabric sewn together. I've sent 8 emails in total asking for a refund and to return. I am now getting recurring charges on my card monthly and have had to cancel a card to order a new one. I have received no communication back from the company other than automated emails stating that "someone will get back to me".

I saw an ad on tiktok, and followed the link to the website because it seemed like a good deal for good bras. I ordered and then the confirmation email was for the wrong size. I contacted them, heard nothing, and never received anything - the correct size product, the wrong size product, any product at all, or any refund. The money is missing from my account, and it has been two months. When I click the order confirmation it says it has not shipped, and asks only if I would like to buy more. I already have more of nothing!

Is a scam! I go to track my order and there is no order. I’ve been fooled. I too saw an ad on tiktok. I order 1- 3 pack Bombshell bra in black. It’s about to be a week and I haven’t heard from anyone.

Same! I’m so disappointed & out almost $58! I ordered on January 27, 2023 & NOTHING! I also emailed several times & received the same reply over & over! That’s the only way I’ve found so far to contact them, how convenient…I think I’m more mad at myself but I’m definitely turning them in to every one I can! Crooks!

Saw an ad on TiKTok and clicked the link and it took me to a store front page. Purchased a Buy 1 Get 2 Free bra package and never received it. Rescaled out to their “customer service” and all you get is the same generic email reply saying “someone would get back to me”. Each time you email them you get the same response with no actual contact. No one has reached out and still haven’t received the order.
