I went on a pet adoption site to look at adopting a rescue dog. I found a couple, particularly one that I like. I was required to fill out an application and submit a $10 fee. I did as told. It did say that they would allow an apartment for this little dog or a house with a yard and fence. I have a house with a partial fenced yard but it would be an inside dog and not be outside unless I was with it. So I thought if they would do an apartment, why not a house? After about 5 days and no response, I sent a message. I received no answer. 8 days after I sent in the application, I was very disappointed that they hadn't even contacted me except for computer generated email the day of the app. I found them on facebook and sent a message asking them why they hadn't even bothered to contact me. I did ask if it was a scam. I got another generated response. I then got a long message saying they don't have time to review as there is only 2 of them and they are constantly busy. Then I got a comment that she reviews apps on lunch break. Ok, so how many apps do they get that they couldn't have reviewed my app in 9 days. I was accused of slander, no slander at all. They took my non-refundable money and didn't even have the decency to at least let me know they wouldn't approve my app. I question how many people do they take money from and don't bother with their app? She called that slander as she was typing it on the toilet. So because I questioned their practices, my application was immediately denied. I would stay away from this rescue as it is a real disappointment. They take your money and do nothing then deny you if you question it. Funny how she had time to type 3 long messages but was unable to review an application. She is also very arrogant as she kept telling me she accepts my apology. I never offered one.

If you are looking for a dog, avoid this rescue. You will pay $10 and then get no response, unless you fuss then you automatically get rejected. I feel sorry for the animals.
