I've ordered through this company before and received my shoes (granted they were late and the response was RUDE). Purchased multiple pairs the second time and received a confirmation and ship date. That was the last I heard of them. Have emailed 6 times requesting an update/refund and am getting no responses. Now seeing similar stories on social media.
