I want to add my experience to this list. Ordered due to ad on Tiktok. Card charged immediately, but no product delivered, nor a refund. Made a complaint with California Better Business Bureau, but they were unable to resolve either. I wish the platforms that allowed them to advertise (FB, Tiktok) would follow up with some action against these scams.

I ordered through Foodbunker website on April 16, 2021 and received an e-mail confirming my order. Our credit card was charged the sale amount the same day. On May 28th I e-mailed about our late order; there was no reply. On June 28th I e-mailed again, no reply. On my last e-mail I requested a refund, and received a "sorry, we'll get back to you" message. Foodbunker's e-mail address no longer exists nor does my credit refund.

Food Bunker was selling their reusable silicone food storage bags on Facebook and TV (I believe). I paid $45 for a full set of them in various sizes and the amount was taken out of my checking account on April 10. When I didn’t receive them after 6 weeks I called the phone number and the recording always said “this mailbox is full, please call back”. I called many times and got the same message. Now July 10 the phone has been disconnected and apparently I’m out $45.

I placed an order on 4-3-21, have followed up 3 times by phone, 3 by email, no response. I have not received the product I ordered. They owe me $48.00. I filed a dispute with my bank. There are a bunch of other complaints, someone needs to shut their website down.

I ordered $80 worth of product on 4-13-21. They took the money immediately and I received a text confirmation, never an email.
It is now 7-4-21 and I have never received anything. I have called numerous times. I've sent emails and haven't received any response.
I reported them to the Federal Trade Commision, cancelled my debit card and I am trying to get a charge back through Visa.

Never order anything off of Facebook or YouTube! I have learned the hard way!

I placed an order 4/11, they took my $48 and sent nothing. I have left multiple messages, multiple email messages and now their phone is disconnected. These people may have had honest intent but took our money and are unwilling to return it. I wish a class action suit could be filed but am not sure it is worth $48. Really crappy way of doing business. Seems like they could have been honest, reached out to us and offered a refund. Sadly this is what you have to watch out for with e-commerce. This is why I still prefer to make purchases in person.

I ordered a product from Food Bunker, via Facebook, on March 28, 2021. My account was debited for $59.99. It is now June 11th and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them and left a message on the answering machine. No response or reply from either. I’ve asked my banking institution to contact them and refund the amount debited but they have not been able to reach the scammer or credit my account yet.

I have had the same experience as so many, placed an order 4/5/21 was charged $36 and after the order confirmation email there has been no communication, I have sent email to [email protected] and [email protected], I never get a reply. Called and get full mailbox message. This is a SCAM!

Foodbunker is being heavily advertised on social media even with "real" reviews of the product on Youtube. The actual item being sold simply does not exist. I placed an order over a month ago and it came out of my bank immediately; however I have still not received any sort of confirmation or order number or anything related to the purchase. After a week I emailed them at [email protected] and received an email with poor English grammar; which alerted me that this was a fake operation. Calling the number on the website just goes to an answering machine, no one will ever call you back.

Two months ago I purchased on line 2 silicone food storage containers from Food Bunker and paid with my credit card. Their Phone number 888 280-3321. To date I have not received the bags and Food Bunker has not returned my several phone calls. Call always goes to answering system. I checked reviews and many people have experienced the same scam. I am out $28.59. I’m afraid they will take the same amount again out of my account. How can I stop this and protect my account.

I had the same experience. Ordered, got confirmation. Never heard from them again. Didn't respond to emails or phone calls. I also contacted my bank to do a charge back. I ordered like product off of Amazon we with no problem. So the product/concept is available. Must be a one and done company...total scam.

I purchased a set of Food Bunker storage bags on line, $80 purchase. I got an email right away with a confirmation # and it said we will contact you when shipped. It has been 7 days now, no email. I have emailed them 3 times asking if my order has been shipped, no response. I called their 1-800 # and it just says Thank you for calling Food Bunker, there is no one to take your call, please leave your name and number and someone will contact you shortly. I searched on line last night, reviews on this product and every one I read was that this is a scam, you send money and they never send the product. So I am going to assume that this is a scam so I called FTC, my bank and now BBB. I just have a strange feeling since there is no one responding to my emails or answering a phone that it is not a legitimate business.
