I saw an ad on Facebook for free onsie pajamas if you pay shipping. Ordered through Facebook may 1st. I was given a confirmation number and was told I’d be updated with shipping information. Shipping states it will take 5-8 days. I sent them an email mid may asking about my order and have not heard anything thus far.

I placed an order March 9th 2018, on March 12th the payment posted to my bank account. I never received my item, I e-mailed them 2 times, I filled out a contact us form on their website 4 times. I never heard back from anybody, and only ever got an automated "we got your message and we'll get back to you" email after each one I sent. There's no phone number listed anywhere, their facebook page does not even have a message option. I truly wish I looked into it more because there's plenty of comments on their facebook saying items were never received. I have since contacted my banker and asked if I can dispute the charge, since I never received the item I purchased, made multiple attempts to contact the company, and never got a shipment/tracking e-mail, just an order confirmation. Even on their website on the FAQ section it says orders are dispatched in 24 hours, and shipping to the US takes 5-8 business days after it's been dispatched.

I ordered a product on March 27th of 2018 on this site. After two weeks of not receiving my product, I discovered my product never shipped. I did more research online to discover that others did not receive their products as well. It was not just a couple people but a lot.

The Facebook page of the company was also flooded with complaints on their posts of individuals not receiving their products and wanting their money back.

They have bathing suits and clothes abs a bunch of other *** for "free" and they never send you your tracking number. I found them out through Instagram and I ordered what seemed to bee a "free" bikini, but I had to pay shipping. I felt happy that I was going to pay little to no money and get something that cute. I felt exited. I emailed them multiple times and I got an automated email. These people are fake asf plz be careful. They also make you pay in pounds.

I have been waiting TWO months for my orders #9171 and #9165. I would like a refund of some sort. These items should’ve been here already. I am very disappointed

Please get this resolved! I haven’t even been notified the items have been shipped.

Myself and several others have made purchases on this website. Not only do the orders never show up, customer service never responds, and when you try to log in to view your order status, the site says your email address (used to order) has never completed an order on their site. If you check all their Facebook comments not a single positive comment has been left, just a myriad of responses that mirror this experience.
