This website is a scam.. they advertise limited time free items and pay shipping.. they send you a confirmed email and you never hear from them again.. you go in the website to contact them and all it does is give you some bot you have no option to speak to a human .. it’s been over two months I haven’t received anything and they took my money for shipping

They processed payment immediately & never sent my merchandise. Its been 2months. I found so many others on social media scammed by this company. No one ever receives their mechandise

I bought a watch on Folsom & Co in November,2017. It's May,2018 now I NEVER received my watch nor got a refund. They keep telling me the same thing using the same sentence and everthing that I'll get my watch soon but it was been 7 MONTHS. It's a scam everyone.

They are advertising “free” items, as long as you pay for shipping. They say 4-6 weeks for shipping ONLY when you go online and ask their “robot chat help line” I’ve emailed them, no response, and after finding them on Facebook I’ve now seen multiple people commenting on their posts saying they are scamming and haven’t gotten items they’ve paid for!
