I was trying to order new bathing suits. One for me and one for my sister. Folsom & Co have a "sale" everything is free, you just pay shipping. I don't usually shop online especially when things are free, but my sisters bday is coming up and they were cute so I was like why not try. I proceeded to the check out and submitted my information, but it said the billing zip code didn't match my card. Which was odd because I received a notification from my card that the transaction went through. But I tried once more. It did the same thing. So I messaged their online bot and she directed to their support email. After they contacted me via email, I responded. No one's responded since. So I went on their Instagram and read the comments on their posts and many people are commenting things like: "where are my items" "why isn't anyone responding to me" "I've been waiting three months." So I messaged the bot once more and asked her for a refund and she said they can't refund my shipping costs. So I asked her when I am going to receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, and she said 3-8 weeks. After that I decided to contact the BBB.
