They advertise selling bathing suits for cheap you just pay the shipping and handling fee. Never got product and money was already removed from my account.

DO NOT order from Folsom and Co. i participated in the promotion for free bikini and pay about $** for shipping. After almost 12 weeks I finally got it, after emailing them twice. They sent me the wrong color AND the wrong size. I can’t even wear it and they decided to give me a partial refund without sending me the correct item. So i’ve lost money and now have a product I can’t wear. Had to email multiple times back and forth only to be told they weren’t going to fix their mistake. Never ordering from them again

I ordered a bathing suit off their instagram and it took over a month to arrive. When it did, it was the complete wrong order. I ordered a small black one and got an XL green bathing suit. I sent them a message on instagram and got no response. So I started emailing with no response. I Facebook messaged them, send more emails, etc with no response at all. Their website connects you with a bot that does absolutely nothing. I just want a refund or at least the correct product but have heard absolutely nothing from them.

i made an order on the 24th of april for a "free bikini" and i paid USD*** (which is around AUD$**; i am from australia99501) for shipping. it is now the 17th june and i have yet to receive a tracking number (they have not shipped my order). there is not way of getting in contact with them, no customer service whatsoever the only help you can get is from an automated bot which says something along the lines of "due to increased volume, it might take several days to get a response". i can't get a refund as the product itself was "free". DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

This company will not send what you ordered when they claim it’s free you still have to spend the money for shipping which is like $9 an item. I’ve been waiting 9 weeks and still haven’t heard from anyone or yet to receive my purchase.

I ordered a bikini from the Folsom and co. As soon as I put my card information in, they charged my account and dismissed my order because my “zip code didn’t match the billing code” but it did. I’ve sent them over five emails threatening to go to the authorities. I have proof of them charging my accounts

I had purchased two “free” Swimsuits and they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to ship. It has now been seven weeks and I have sent them continuous emails about not receiving my package and I keep getting the same automated response that is copy and paste it from their website about shipping taking 2 to 4 weeks when I ask for a tracking number or where my package is they reply with the exact same automated response over and over. When asked for a refund they said they cannot refund me because it was a free gift. Even though I paid about $19 for shipping for something that never shipped I have plenty of emails that I could forward to you if need be I just do not want anyone else to get ripped off the way I did. Thankfully I paid through Amazon pay, And have open a claim through them to hopefully get a refund. But I was reading online articles and there are hundreds of people that are saying they have never received their package either

I ordered clothes on Folsom and Co, and it has been 3 weeks. They have not shipped my order and when I sent an email, I got an automated response.
