I went under my account on the web page to register. It will not let me. it says put in email and password it says unknown email address or log name. Doesn't work. I bought luggage and didn't receive it. when you pick something and put it in cart then go to checkout it doesn't ask for your account just payment. I have emailed them a few times asking when I will get my luggage, they said here is the tracking number but the tracking number from UPS doesn't work.
